Why BT? - quite simply with the huge range of Internet Service Providers to choose from we feel that as BT is effectively the "re-badged" service provider behind many providers, it is simpler to rule out the middle man for when you get a problem. 24 hour support is hard to beat, and they cannot blame someone else! Even considering the patience required for dealing with offshore call centres, we think its worth paying that little bit more.
